T & C- Event Instrument Rent

Any type of event instrument rental, such as sound system, multimedia projector, stage lighting, horse-drawn carriage, wedding palanquin, LED screen, etc., requires a 30% advance charge.

Audio-Visual Equipment:

• Sound Systems:Microphones (wired and wireless), PA speakers, audio mixers, amplifiers, monitor speakers, cables and adapters. 
• Visual Systems:Cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or camcorder), tripods/monopods, LED lights or softboxes, video switchers, HDMI/SDI cables, projectors and screens, laptops with media playback software. 
• Lighting Systems:Lighting rig and controls, spotlights, floodlights, stage wash lighting, LED lighting systems. 

Staging & Rigging:

• Staging platforms, risers, backdrops, truss systems, rigging hardware. 

Communication Equipment:

• Walkie-talkies, two-way radios, event communication apps. 

Power & Electrical Equipment:

• Power distribution units, extension cords, power strips, generators (if needed). 

Furniture & Decor:

• Tables (round, rectangular, cocktail), chairs (banquet, lounge, folding), linens (tablecloths, napkins), stage décor, lounge furniture, bar counters. 

Catering Equipment:

• Food preparation equipment (stoves, ovens, refrigerators), serving equipment (chafing dishes, beverage dispensers), tableware, glassware. 

Registration & Check-In Equipment:

• Registration tables and chairs, signage, digital check-in devices (tablets, laptops), manual registration sheets, name badge printers and lanyards, ticket scanners, receipt printers. 

Other Essential Items:

• Safety & Security:First aid kits, fire extinguishers, safety signage, hazard tape, high-visibility vests, emergency contact lists. 
• Tools & Materials:Basic tools (screwdrivers, hammers, tape), cleaning supplies, spare parts (cables, connectors), event signage and wayfinding materials. 
• Event Essentials:Event scheduling software, check-in software, badge printers, lanyards, networking apps, interactive whiteboards. 
• Promotional Items:Banners, flags, directional signage, digital displays, branded merchandise.

T & C- Corporate Program Arrange

A contract will be signed with the client to take the service of organizing any corporate event. And the activities will be conducted on that basis.
Where the client will pay 40% of the booking money for the event management.
